does take place, in the event that, for any reason, the winning
script is not produced, neither ACT nor the author(s) shall be
held responsible.

September 1st, 2006. ACT will notify
all playwrights of its decision by November 1st, 2006.

technical interpretation of the winning script rests with the
director.
